1. Services

Sky Blue AI Solutions provides AI automation services for local service businesses, including website remodels, AI chatbots, automated lead follow-up, appointment scheduling, and related tools. Specific deliverables and pricing are agreed in writing before work begins.

2. Use of the Website

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems. All content on this site is owned by Sky Blue AI Solutions and may not be reproduced without permission.

3. Email Communications — US & International Compliance

We are committed to honest, transparent email practices that comply with US law (the CAN-SPAM Act and applicable California law) as well as international rules, including the EU/UK GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive, and Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). When we send commercial or marketing email:

• Honest subject lines: our subject lines accurately reflect the content of the message and are never deceptive or misleading.
• Accurate sender information: the "From," "To," and routing information identify Sky Blue AI Solutions truthfully.

6. Payment & Refunds

Fees for services are agreed in advance. Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, fees are due as invoiced. Any refund terms will be set out in your service agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sky Blue AI Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.

8. Governing Law & International Users

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. If you access our services from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with your local laws. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer protection or data protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence, including the GDPR and CASL.
